Focusing primarily on probate administration and probate litigation, John is also experienced in areas such as professional license defense and trust litigation. He is committed to finding the most economical and efficient solutions for his clients and prioritizes clear, consistent communication throughout the legal process.

Patrick Quarles is a shareholder attorney and a key partner at Richert Quarles P.A. He earned his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and brings a diverse background to his practice, including experience in estate planning, probate, and civil litigation. Having navigated the probate process personally at a young age, Patrick approaches his clients’ needs with genuine care and empathy. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive legal support and is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
