Richert Quarles P.A. was founded by two young lawyers who practice law a little bit differently. We set out to form a law firm with a philosophy that puts our clients first and strives to provide our clients with legal representation that fits their needs and budget.   1. Communication – We believe that great attorney-client communication is key to providing great representation to our clients. We want to make sure that our clients are informed and their questions are answered. That’s why we strive to respond to all client emails and phone calls within the same day. If you’re a client of Richert Quarles P.A., you will know that your case is important to us and that we’re working hard to achieve the best outcome for you. We want our clients to be confident that they are updated with the status of their case and that any questions are answered to the best of our ability.
  2. Value – Here’s the obvious truth: lawyers are expensive. At Richert Quarles P.A., we make sure the money you are spending on legal representation presents a good value and we are transparent about our fees. We offer flat fees for most of your legal needs so our clients know how much their legal representation will cost. For more complex matters, like litigation, we offer reasonable hourly rates and we’ll be willing to provide an estimate of the cost of litigation. Going back to #1 above, we want to answer your questions about fees for your case. Just give us a call with any questions. We may be more affordable than you think.
  3. Billing – We send bills frequently and strive to make sure there are no surprises. Have you ever hired a lawyer for a relatively simple task and get a bill months later for several thousand dollars? That won’t happen with Richert Quarles P.A. For most clients, we bill monthly, so our clients will have periodic updates on how much they’re spending on legal representation. If something will be very expensive, we communicate with our clients to give them a heads up so that there are no surprises. And finally, we believe that you can’t practice law in less than 15 minutes. That’s why our clients don’t see .1’s of an hour (a time entry for 6 minutes) on their bills. We want our clients to communicate with us and to not be afraid of racking up large bills just because they have quick questions about their case or representation. This billing practice also helps to keep us efficient in our client’s legal representation.
  4. Approachability – We’re approachable attorneys. With some law firms, you feel like both the lawyers and staff are always doing you a big favor by taking the time out of their day to talk or meet with you. At Richert Quarles P.A., we don’t rush our clients. We’re willing to take the time to make sure you understand the legal theory of your case and the legal strategy. When our clients contact us, they either talk to an attorney or will have an attorney call them back within the same day. We have no gatekeepers. Our belief is that we are members of a team with our clients, and we want to work together to achieve the best outcome.
